It's free to work on your linesheet until you're happy with the result.

What's the fee to activate a linesheet?
Once you're happy with your linesheet, it's $10/month to activate it whenever you're ready.

How do I import my Etsy shop?
First create a linesheet. Then click on 'Products' and follow the easy instructions.

Why can't I see my products on my linesheet?
Products are in 'draft' mode by default. Switch the product to 'active' mode to display it on your linesheet.

How do I make the wholesale prices on my linesheet private?
Click on the black lock icon on your dashboard to manage your privacy settings.

How do I create my free PDF linesheet?
Once you have at least one active product, click on the red PDF icon in your dashboard.

Do I wait for buyers to find me on Trunkt?
No. You should be actively sending your linesheet to buyers and doing your own wholesale marketing.

How do I send my digital linesheet to buyers?
Your digital linesheet has a unique Trunkt URL (e.g. company.trunkt.com) that you chose. Send this URL to buyers.

How do I get my digital linesheet included in the directory?
We will assign a category to your linesheet within 24 hours from the time you publish it.

Do I need a Trunkt account to view sellers' product information?
You don't need a Trunkt account to view product information with the exception of wholesale prices.

Do I need a Trunkt account to request sellers' wholesale prices?
You need a Trunkt account to request wholesale prices unless you've been given a passcode by the seller.

How will sellers decide if they'll grant me access to wholesale prices?
Sellers will review your website, retail type and Resale Tax ID before granting you access.

How will I know if I've been granted access to wholesale prices?
You will get an email as soon as the seller grants you access to their wholesale prices.

Do I need a Trunkt account to submit an order form to a seller?
You need a Trunkt account and you must have access to the seller's wholesale prices to submit an order form.

Can I contact the seller directly instead of submitting an order form?
Sellers will post their email address and/or phone number for you to contact them directly.

Why do some products have links to Etsy?
If the seller has imported the product from an Etsy shop, we provide a link to the listing.
